Dear steemians.
I think that everybody will agree that North Korea is very mysterious country.
And there aren't many people who had been there. My husband has.
It happened many years ago and I will remember that time all my life.
The was formed a group from different areas experts from many countries
and my husband was among them....
There is a tradition in our family that when my husband goes to business trips,
he phones me after every flight. But when he was going to North Korea,
I received phone calls after he flew to Finland and China,
but I didn't received any call from North Korea.
The reason was that at the Pyongyang airport all mobile phones were collected by North Korea officials
and they had to continue their trip to North Korea without any mobile connection.
My husband hoped that he will phone me from a North Korea hotel.
But he couldn't do that - there was no possibilities to call to Lithuania from North Korea.
There was no internet connection also in the hotel or somewhere around.
Thus I didn't received any phone or massages from my husband for some days and I was in a big worry.
I didn't know if everything is OK with him and even there wasn't anyone who I could ask about it - my husband was only one representative from Lithuania. It was terrific days for me!
I couldn't be calm, I could not sleep and I just was crying and had no idea what happened with my husband.
After some days I received call from Sweden - as my husband found out the way how to reach me -
he called to his colleague in Sweden and asked him to phone me to Lithuania
and tell that everything is OK. I can hardly to describe my joy after that call......
