**ESPAÑOL** --- # Hola a todos, muy buenos días. Como ya saben, entre mis pasatiempos están cocinar, e inventar recetas. Por eso uno de mis emprendimientos es de comidas y postres. Pero hoy no les voy a compartir ninguna receta de mi negocio, sino la receta de la masa dulce de anís especialmente para preparar empanadas, y arepitas fritas y que nos queden crujientes. ![](https://images.ecency.com/DQmYC4iAB1bNRMAUwcKCmBDNXrZyjnsbnk8wwfDAVDDFtmu/capture_20260122_174016.jpg) Por lo general yo preparo mis empanadas y arepitas fritas dulces únicamente con harina de maíz, azúcar, sal y agua, pero quedaban suaves, y poco crujientes, así que fui agregando ingredientes a la masa que permitieron ese resultado final. El anís es un aditivo que cambia su sabor y las deja muy ricas, y ese agregado es típico de las arepitas fritas, y yo lo implementé para ambas. Yo sólo tenía queso, y formé una combinación con queso pecorino, queso blanco y mozarella fundido.
