In this space of mine, I want to share with you some photos I took just last week when I spent a couple of days in Trentino Alto Adige, I confess, one of my favorite regions in Italy, precisely because it's very naturalistic. When you visit these places, you can really relax, and that's very important to me.
I practically saw two interesting places. As my first stop, I passed through the city of Trento, a very important city in Trentino and rich in history, although I'm not very good at telling you about history. There, I had my first culinary stop where I could taste the typical products of Trentino Alto Adige, including speck and other cold cuts produced in this beautiful region. When you go to these places and taste these specialties right at the source, they have a completely different flavor, I can assure you.
Then, after immersing myself in this beautiful city and appreciating the monuments, like the beautiful square with its characteristic fountain, I also enjoyed a delicious coffee in a historic café that had already been in use during the Austrian era. It was full of paintings and very characteristic art, even though, in the end, the coffee was quite expensive.
In the end, I had booked a hotel near Lake Carezza, which is practically in Alto Adige, near the town of Nova Levante. I was recommended to come to this place because this lake is very characteristic, and its color is practically emerald green.
Honestly, I don't know if the photos I took can convey the idea, but I can assure you that when the sun shines, the colors are beautiful. So, I couldn't resist taking some photos there, among the many tourists that are always around.
You should know that one of my biggest fears is crossing places at high altitudes. I must say that for the first time, I managed to cross a suspension bridge, something I had never done before due to fear. But I would say that this particular bridge gave me the confidence to do it, as it is one of the main attractions near Lake Carezza, in addition to the fact that this lake is surrounded by a dense forest of spruces and pines.
