Thoughts are helpful when used as tools but if we mistake what we think for reality, for our identity or for anything other than our imaginations tool, we will be tricked by our own delusions.
Breath can’t lead us astray.
Thoughts can.
To remain centered in breath is to be devoted to Life Force.
