Hi everyone today im gonna share with u my body bodybuilding evolution for 9 mounths :
before 9 months I was like that :
I always dreamt to have a good body like everyone else so I said "Now u have a dream and u must achieve it"
after 9 months :
I go 5 days in a week and I have never missed a day of bodybuilding.
I'm not satisfied 100% but it's better than nothing .add to that I can't afford to buy expensive protein so this what I can eat every day:
