I kept writing about financial related books from the last few days but I though I should write about the self-help book too. I even recommended this book "The Four Agreements" in my blogs that you should read this book to know what is happiness and how can you get freedom. Here I would like to mention the four points briefly so that you can get an idea about the whole book that is worth-reading. This book is written by Don Miguel Ruiz, a Mexican author and spiritual teacher.

Here you go,

  1. This book focuses on think before you speak and speak with dignity. We should measure the words before speaking, be honest with what are you saying, avoid gossiping, and self-deprecation. Use the words to express positivity and love.

  2. "The Four Agreements" suggests that individuals should be careful taking anything personally. Other people always try to suggest you and give you opinions but you shouldn't take it seriously. People has their own insecurities and beliefs and you don't need to encounter them at all.

  3. The third agreement is about to avoid individuals making assumptions about others' behaviours, thoughts, and intentions. Always ask questions to clarify your queries rather than making assumptions. This way, you will never be misunderstood and conflict if you seek clarification and communicate with them.

  4. The fourth and final agreement emphasises that how much it is important to give your best in all aspects of life. It varies day to day because of life circumstances but this book encourages you to keep going and work on personal growth and improve it.

By reading this book, one can transform their lives and find the greater happiness. It is worth reading because the author has written in-depth explanation of each arguments by implementing these principles in daily life.
