Many people tell me that coffee isn't good for my condition, and I'm a bit stubborn, so it's hard for me to give it up. For now, I only drink it in the morning, black and without sugar or milk, since I'm also avoiding dairy products.

They wanted to have a coffee with milk, and they asked me to accompany them to our usual coffee shop near my house.

Our last meeting was several months ago, and although we didn't talk much about Hive that day, we still had a good time together. I hope we can do it again soon. I'll encourage them. Today, I spent time with my mom and my cousin. We talked about a little bit of everything, about family, and how difficult it is to please or understand people. I don't know what's going on these days, whether it's a phase, the moon, or whatever, but suddenly people change, they become so toxic, and all you can do is keep your distance to maintain your peace of mind. Or maybe it's you who's wrong. That's the worst part, that they want to make you feel guilty, like you're the problem and not them.馃槙

Amigos amantes del buen caf茅, un gusto compartir con ustedes nuevamente, los ten铆a abandonados, es cierto, la verdad desde que comenc茅 con mi dieta, he tenido que reducir un poco el consumo de mi bebida favorita.
Son muchas las personas que me dicen, que el caf茅 no es bueno para mi condici贸n, y yo soy algo terca, me cuesta dejarlo, as铆 que, por los momentos, solo lo tomo en la ma帽ana, negro y sin az煤car o leche, ya que tambi茅n estoy evitando los l谩cteos.
Leyendo un poco, sobre el tema de esta semana de la comunidad, el cual nos invita a tomarnos un momento para recordar esa 煤ltima salida a tomar un caf茅, record茅 una que tuve hace poco, con mi mam谩 y mi prima, ellas quer铆an tomarse un cafecito con leche, y me pidieron que las acompa帽ara, a la cafeter铆a de siempre, cerca de mi casa.
Por supuesto, esto me trajo un poco de nostalgia, ya que en este lugar, es el que 煤ltimamente me reun铆a, con mis amigos Hivers de la ciudad, nuestro 煤ltimo encuentro fue hace ya varios meses, y aunque no hablamos mucho de Hive ese d铆a, igual compartimos un rato ameno, espero pronto podamos volver a hacerlo, ser谩 que los animo, bueno yo siempre soy la de la iniciativa, excepto, que como ya les mencione, no puedo acompa帽arlos a beber caf茅, me tomar铆a un jugo de fresa, como hice en esta ocasi贸n.馃槍
Este d铆a, compart铆 con mi mam谩 y mi prima, hablamos de todo un poco, sobre la familia, y lo dif铆cil que resulta complacer o entender a las personas, yo no s茅 qu茅 est谩 pasando hoy en d铆a, si es una faceta, la luna o que s茅 yo, pero de repente la gente cambia, se vuelve tan t贸xica, y pues a uno, solo le queda mantener distancia, para poder mantener nuestra paz mental, o quiz谩s es uno, el que est谩 mal, esa es la peor parte, que te quieren hacer sentir culpable, como que del problema eres t煤 y no ellos.馃槙
En fin, para finalizar, les digo, no dejen de salir a tomarse un cafecito, as铆 sea, acompa帽arlos, lo importante es la compa帽铆a en estas salidas, el pasar un rato tranquilo, conversando, y lo mejor, el salir de la rutina, aunque sea un par de horas.鈽曪笍
