Hard work beats talent, if talent doesn't work hard

To be successful in any firm or field requires doing things differently which could be done in two ways
It could be a talent you own which makes you good and the best at what you do, or could be the amount of work you put on which could be tagged as hard work
One amongst the two is important to be successful in a field
Talent is in built and a special skill that makes us unique ,it's comes naturally and does not need learning ,it's part of us , you can call it inborn
It's one thing we do effortlessly well, but with it comes a great deal of effort to be at the peak
Everyone is born with a talent ,everyone has a special ability,everyone is unique in different ways and everyone is special
Talent could be an additional bonus to make us unique,but with great deal of effort to the talent ,we become one of a kind and have a great tendency to be successful at what we do
Talent requires hard work to be the best, and that's why in every thing we do hard work is required to stand out, hard work is required to be successful,hard work is important, hard work is with a lot of positive outcome, hard work is a value,hard work comes with improvement and personal development, hard work comes with a better version of ourselves
Every one can be good at a particular field but one thing distinguishes the best from the rest, the great deal of effort applied by the best in everyday work, makes him or her stand out and be different
Being deligent at works makes a whole lot of difference, this makes hard work very important
Talent could be important but just as Tim notke had mentioned earlier hard work will always beat talent if talent does not work hard
It's hard work for me and it works perfectly well ,I believe, no matter how talented we are if a great deal of effort is not added there won't be difference with other with the same talent
The world is a big place two people can share one talent what makes you better is the amount of work invested in your talent, it adds more values to you and your talent
Hard work pays no matter how long it takes, it eventually speaks for itself and announces how great we are after a great deal of effort is added
Takes me back to scenarios in school how the brilliant ones will always be with good result no matter how many times they skip classes but with the hardworking ones that devotes their time and sleep to reading and studying will always come out with the best results and most times get the prizes attached to it
This is because they added hard work,the brilliant ones can be good but will never be the best without hard work and the average one can always be the best with hard work
This alone says hard work will always be very important over talent
Talent can earn you a good result but hard work will earn you the best result
