Almost every day we find ourselves in situations that worry us or give us a different mental state of tension, it's like stuff like these cannot be avoided and day by day we just come up with new ways to get through it
Sometimes we get to deal with it, other times it can just be so annoying and tiring
It's a normal routine we go through and it's tag stress.
It comes to each an everyone differently
it's a natural response we humans do to challenges and threat that comes with frustration and sometimes anger
Sometimes it just pops up and makes the day more complex and frustrating
Even when you think you have it all in check a little worry on your mind can abound to stress
Do we ever get over stress permanently
is there a fixed solution to overcoming stress?
Questions like these would have different responses to each and everyone one of us
What has been the main cause of my stress these past few months?
Screaming school!!!!
Having to worry about how to meet up with the shuttle with a lot of students to a 7 am class has a large percentage of my main cause of stress
Having to compile lots of courses with different deadlines from each lecturer has another percent here too
Pressures from projects and school work take it share from my cause of stress
My worry to have good grades in not just half of my offered causes but all will always take up a large percent of my cause of stress
Not having control over some situations like blackout of light when it's needed to read, cold weather when there's a need to study and so many other things has a role in cause of stress to me
Having lots of responsibilities also has a huge impact here
So yeah in a nutshell school has to be the main cause of my stress
And for the past few months, it has been so demanding and a lot.
Takes different approaches each day to overcome the different methods the stress comes with
Days, where I take time to unwind just to deal with stress, is one approach
Days where reflective thinking is the solution to the particular stress I'm going through
Days where I take breaks just to relax and re-strategize
Day,,where I connect with my environment, to provide solutions
Days where I just make taking care of myself and my body a priority has also been one great method in dealing with my stress
And over time these different approaches has helped in dealing with my stress
It's like a different antidote to different stress and in all getting a positive response
Will I be able to get over what causing this stress?
As long as i school and have so much dedication and responsibilities to school. stress would always surface and the only right approach is to deal with every one of the stresses with my different antidote
Stress would always surface, we only need to get the right approach in dealing with it so it does not ruin our day and routine
