Test of finished plastered wall (aka grey square on grey)
It is the classic way of plastering. We might make the compound less thick to keep some of the imperfections of the brick wall visible to achieve a more organic feel.
Smooth render test. Before the plaster dries a final coat of cement mixed with plaster is applied to make the walls more smooth. Beyond aesthetics this will reduce the amount of dust in the room.
Plastering over the bricks. Concrete remains as is.
