In parallel with the installation of the metal structures the gutter in front of the property is being created.
It's intense work that requires about 15 workers to act in concert.

Rainwater from last night needs to be pumped-out so it doesn't corrupt the concrete.
The west wall of the gutter also serves as retaining wall for the land. Part of the wall is drying while the other part is waiting for more concrete
