Haji Biryani : It's a very famous & delicious dish around Dhaka city !!
Dear my steemit friends , Today I will introduce to you with a very famous and testy food item of my capital city Dhaka. Yes,,,, It is biryani ( delicious rice dish of asia). People have been taking this food for 80 years. That mean its a 80 years old traditional rice dish.
My friends,,,, it is named '' Haji Biryani''
There are few sits in this shop. But so many people take away this food their office and house. This shop is near my office. That is why sometimes we take the test of this rice item in our office.
Biryani is served by a traditional leaves plate for parcel. we bring it our office canteen and take with best test. This biryani is made by rice, mustard oil, and mutton.
one thing is very intersting that we have to collect this food 2 hours before lunch. or you will miss it. Bcause its a popular food and it is finished before lunch time.
it is not only famous in dhaka city but also around Bangladesh. I shared a news paper link for more information about this biryani.
Basically it is a street shop. There is no signboard in this biryani. Yet it is known to everyone. Price is not so high,,,,,,
1.8 dollar / plate.
