Magandang buhay馃挍
So our hump day turned out to be another active day out of the house since the drizzle dissipated sometime around mid-morning. We didn't want to be truly lazy. The hubby took his hat and went organizing sacks, crates, and such. I didn't leave the couch until 11, and when I did, it was to go for a little stretch outside.
The first bloom is turning deep purplish, which reminded me of the Hydrangeas we saw some time ago in the valley, and in the backyard in the Lil Kingdom. They are strikingly similar, their shades, that is.

It was quite interesting to see how the color changed over the last few days from when I first showed up on my radar.
Meanwhile, a few meters away, the rose was also blooming. We got these from the previous place.
Anyway, later in the afternoon, armed with a pair of white gloves, I decided to check on other things along the edges of the property. I know there were more flowering shrubs and hibiscus there, and there could be more blooms.
True enough, I found one brightly showing off its pollen.
Another shot, please. The first one is blurry, and this second one, too馃槄 but I stopped trying, or I'd go rolling down the street below, lol!
With these and more, our little third kingdom is becoming more colorful. I'm now wondering what other surprises are waiting on the upper sides and hills. It's been a long while since I went up there. Maybe tomorrow, I'll be in my boots to check them out. The recent rains may have initiated some sprouts and such; perhaps I'd find some fungi too!
For now, the laundry basket is waiting to be emptied.馃榿
