Just as always, my entire day was loaded yet fun-filled.At work, I'm actually off limits from the kitchen, well I'm excused from cooking class, lol.
COOKING is a part of my friend's chores, for we are assigned with different tasks. ME, on taking care with the kids specially the student. BORTOKALA is the one playing in the kitchen😜.
But today, we did a simple twist. I prepared lunch hahahaha nagmamagaling.
OVEN TOAST CHICKEN ALA MUANG
First clean the chicken, rinse with lemon juice and drain. Mix grounded black pepper, minced galic and chopped oninons. Add a bit of salt, arabic seasoning and a pinch of food coloring.
Well if u noticed there's no measurements in my menu because everything is as to my taste, matic na yan.. lol😝

Set the heat at 200°C then later on lowered down to180°C cooked for 45 minutes.

Lunch was served then and everything was done.
Afterwards, my madame called me upstairs to prepare the kids. Let them wear their clothes and later on fixed their hair. We are going to a birthday party.We reached the party venue few minutes late, lage naman ganun pag me dinadaluhan😝.
The party was half started but it doesn't stop is to enjoy and have some fun. Even me, as their chaperone loves fun also hahahaha nemen🤣.

All was set to go home at exactly 9:00pm UAE time. Your pretty ulogger was the one taking pics which explains why I'm not visible on the photos above. It was a long and tiring day so I'll end it up here.
