The whole debate is if X is a perfect place for content creators globally, small or well known, the distribution of money is fair or not, is there any equality and where hive can compete and do better than X.

The Monetization policy on X isn't any different from rest of web 2.0 social media platforms. X also share ad revenue share with content creators who meet their "Standards" I mean requirements.
And those requirements makes it even more centralized since those income perks are only for special people.
Those requirements are;
- $8 X subscription (blue verified badge)
- if your account does have 20 Million Impressions in 3 Months
- 500 Followers
- Stripe (if it's available in your country)
If you meet all those requirements than you can become a part of their ad revenue sharing program otherwise if you miss a single requirement you won't be able to apply for it or earn anything.
I don't use twitter much often and this is the analytics result so far this month.. doesn't qualify for it nor I'm pushing.
Monetizing Content on Hive
Meanwhile on Hive all a person need to do is account creation and some resource credit (RC) from someone or by owning as little as 10 HP allows you to create content and earn from the decentralized reward pool.
Hive doesn't rely on any Ad revenue and doesn't ask for "have this much followers or impressions and stripe availability" to unlock monetization.
It treats everyone equally and in this sense it becomes better place for content creators worldwide than on X.

The way X is working as of now is only beneficial for users who have huge following and their post bring thousands of impressions per post.
The circle I've been following on twitter are like 8 figures personalities getting payouts of thousands dollar from X.
While I've not seen a single under "1,000-5,000" followers profile who got anything from X yet.
So, it's like X empowering the one who already don't care about it and isn't impacting life the way Hive is doing.
On Hive it's like majority of users are those who aren't so financially strong but are making something creating content everyday and every single personality is earning something on hive everyday which is better than zero on X.
The Payment Gateway on X Vs Hive
I was looking on X if I can apply for it or not and than find out "Stripe isn't available in my country".
It's the only payment gateway X support to payoff creators which isn't available in some countries.
So, I can't even apply nor get payment even if I'm getting 20m+ impressions.
While on Hive we get author rewards after our posts is 7 days old and hive comes in wallet which can be traded on CEX or DEX easily and doesn't matter where you're located.
Microblogging X Vs Hive with ad Revenue
On X content creation isn't content creation at all, it's just two words tweet or just a picture.. anything that gets impressions is rewarding no matter if it's stolen from someone else.
That's like Microblogging and you don't own your content.. it can be stolen by big accounts.. on the other hand on Hive we have Leothreads for microblogging bringing ad revenue and evergreen concept in this ecosystem which will generate revenue after 7 days on based of traffic it's getting, buybacks and all.
So, this whole thing is gonna empower community and ecosystem.
