Have you ever seen a group of people laughing out loudly without any reason?
It may sound silly but therapeutically it is very beneficial....
How?? That we will see in this blog.
First of all we will see the benefits of spontaneous laughter.
According to studies, children laugh about 300-400 times a day, whereas adults laugh about 20 times a day.
I feel that is the reason, why children are always full of energy.
Laughter Yoga is based on the concept that voluntary laughter gives the same therapeutic benefits as that of spontaneous laughter.
Laughter yoga is done in a group with jokes and playfulness between the participants.
Initially the laughter may be forced but gradually it becomes real and contagious.
Imagine, how can you avoid yourself from laughing when you see someone around you laughing on a clueless, silly jokes...
Guinness world record on laughter yoga was made in India by Man Pasand Laughter Yoga Club- Indore on 28.11.2015 which was conducted by Dr. Madan Kataria who is the founders of world wide laughter yoga movement.
World Laughter Day is celebrated on 1st Sunday of the May every year.
