It is mating season in my neck of the woods and skippers dashing about over my two zinnia plants. I knew something is going on as there were many skippers every day fighting, chasing, and flitting around. I came close to even touch one if I wanted too.
Then this happens! I finally saw this couple mating and I understood all the fusses. I have never seen so many fiery skippers around like this year. I think the zinnia flowers are their favorite.
