God has given us that will to give us the flesh, to enable us to live a victorious life. It is the will of God that we should walk in righteousness.
The Bible says that God has called us not unto sin but unto righteousness. Every righteousness is a sin. He or she who sins is not actually doing that will of God. The will of God is for us to obey His commandments no matter how the world looks today, when we consider it through the lens of God's word.
God still expects us that we should turn away from sin and keep serving Him. The body of sin must be done the way we sow. We must put flesh aside and forfeit our lustful desires. We must mortify and not be carnal to remove diseases from everything that can affect our flesh.
We need to allow our hearts to serve God through holiness and righteousness. God wants us to walk before Him and be upright. So our body desires that pleasure of the world. We need to take pleasure to keep the supreme commandments.
We must heal ourselves to keep serving. We must keep ourselves away from invoking the will of the devil. We are supposed to rely upon the Holy Spirit. We should be able to live according to the will of God.
The flesh should always oppose the will of God. But we must resist the flesh and refuse to walk on the flesh.
