The existence of bananas as a type of fruit plant does not only add to the list of healthy foods. However, bananas are also closely related to other culinary products.
In this regard, I am back in the #ASEANHIVECOMMUNITY to share information and experiences about one of the banana fruit-based culinary products.
I took this product yesterday afternoon at a culinary place built by the village government, which is located in Kuta Blang Village, Lhokseumawe City.
The name of this food item is Fried Banana. We here mention it "Pisang Goreng". Ripe bananas are the main component and are sliced in a specific way before being dusted with flour and fried. Only Rp. 100 (or $0.064) is required to purchase one fried banana.
In between, I received a thorough explanation of the recipe and how to prepare Fried Banana Culinary, which I will now share with you. Because I'm sure, in almost every place, banana plants are very easy to find.
Here's the recipe and how to make it:
Culinary Product Name: Fried Banana
Materials needed :
- Ripe bananas
- Cooking oil
- Rice flour
- Salt to taste
Instructions for Making:
Prepare a dough made from flour, water, and salt, then stir until smooth. Cut the banana from the bunch, then thinly slice it into several segments so that it looks like the fingers of a whole hand.
After both ingredients are ready, heat the cooking oil, and make sure the oil is really hot. because it will affect maturity and crispness. Then pieces of banana that have been sliced, smeared with flour mixture, then fried.
I hope you try this recipe for fried bananas.
In addition to fried bananas, this place also sells unique drinks flavored with ginger and other spices. Without trying this unique beverage, eating fried bananas for us isn't complete.
Our "Bandrek" here calls the name of this drink.
HAPPY NEW YEAR
May goodness envelop us all at all times
