A bot will upvote your post and sometimes there upvote can reach $1.25 and this is not 100% but how they work is you send them money and in the memo you send the URL of your post that you want to upvote and examples :

Another type of bots is bots which re-steem your posts and they take much lower amount of money and when they re-steem it to there subs. Which exceed 1000 will see it so more people will see it leading from more upvotes
