Welcome to this weeks update about IBT Survival Island. A PC based game to be built with blockchain interactions.
This week we are very pleased to announce the next demo release is being packaged now for release in the next 7 days.
A COUPLE OF THINGS ON THE DEMO
Many Resources!
Since most of the resources disappear after use we decided to make the IBT mega wood and mega stone Goliath. These resource goliaths (shown below) will provide you with all the materials you need to make your "mansion" and help test IBT Island building parts and objects, thus allowing players to enjoy the uniquely all Aussie bush environment (without tearing it all up!..of course you can if you want)
The island is refaced, redesigned and nearly completely built! Unlike the first two demos this release will be completely different and has allot of potential play time. We also added a little quest; "Can you find the 8 missing books?" Thanks for being patient!
RELEASE DATE
The thing I love about HIVE is when I post I can keep it real (no trolls = awesome!) and in the real world, sh#t happens! despite best efforts we have tried to release this demo, but 'stuff' just got in the road and the bugs have been endless. We got excited, then got dissapointed....but yeah finally we are here - it's sooo close :)
We were really close to announcing a fixed date for the latest demo, but again we have come across another major bug.
Eck, Building a game from scratch is mind blowingly difficult, and emotionally draining..
This bug has been fixed now, but while fixing the bug we realised that new players/testers need little quests to help familiarise yourself to the IBT Island Interface. So with this test release coming "very soon"...like just days away, we are currently working hard to throw in a tiny tutorial at the start and hope that it assists new players/testers.
Stay tuned on HIVE and in our discord channel as the release with download instructions are just days away now (less than one week - we are all in and only illness will stop this!).
Our Discord channel invite is open to any cryptonian here: https://discord.gg/Gr3kH9T
So please jump in and drop us a line and help with some testing - don't forget those who test get added to out IBTBOT and have their HIVE content randomly upvoted for free by an account with over 10,000 HP.
