#AliveAndThriving for my Chooseday thoughts series. What did you choose to be / to do today?

Today I cooked chicken for dinner, but I decided to experiment again -- chicken tenders! Mmmm we kinda miss that Flaming Wings at the mall food court. According to my daughter, most of the food stalls are now closed. 😑😑 malls have suffered much during the plandemic. I doubt if they have recovered already. Our neighborhood mall looks empty with quite a few tenants closing shop. I haven't been out that much as it's not that convenient for me to be walking around a lot.

Dinner turned out to be a success. I also cooked the mozzarella sticks as our side dish. Mmmm not bad for a light dinner. Lotsa leftovers for tomorrow too. The kitties will be happy. 😹😹
