Saying byes to loved ones is difficult. But saying byes to medicine is my dream (wish) at this moment.
It has been awhile I needed medicines and this time, I got it. Super inflammations and soreness at throat which causes high fever, shivering and body (joints) aching. Worry that it may be dengue, I quickly went to clinic for consultation. But doctor said dengue could not be checked at Day-1 fever and that he was positive my symptoms are due to the sore throat. He looked very calm and not alarmed at all. So I should take that for my peace.
So hello to these medicines which I was reluctant to eat except the lozenges. Secret is, I am not good at swallowing pills. I used to dissolve them with hot water and quickly swallowed the bitter solution. But it was time-consuming. I successfully learned to swallow but I still needed some time to swallow each of them. Like a play in the mind, in order to stop the gag reflex from happening. Some friends laughed at me for this, not in a negative ways, just usual friends pulling your legs.
Three medicines for me today.
The other day, my tired eyes also got infection which needed some natural tears eye drops (sounds like I don't tear enough? Lol) and optician banned me from wearing my contact lenses for awhile.
I do hope I get better soon because I have alot of comments to reply here on my previous posts. Thank you everyone who took time to send wishes and regards and prayers for my 2nd son, Jansen. He is getting better, doctor said he did not need hospital admission as nothing could be done to help him, just give him few days and the intestines would be able to get back in shapes. CDH kids usually have feeding problem due to their precious malrotation history etc etc... Something to do with intestine didn't twist well. Etc etc.
Love 💕,
