"Sorry bro, hope I didn't sound egotistical there, but, my name is eric, and I am on the go, so E-Go is what I call myself, and, funnily enough, I did have a big ego, to match my body when I was competing back in the 90's and 200's"

"That's all cool dude, you didn't sound that way ".
Whew, I love back checking. That's what I call a brief check in with the person you just did a brain dump on regarding something that you felt might benefit them.

Turns out he works at Goodlife, but, trains at "the gym" here in Sudbury Ontario, and, he was the first person I spoke to after sitting with the owner of that gym, Troy.

When I left, he was excited.

And I had a job.

I dropped into GNC afterwards at the new Sudbury mall, filled with new LED lights and chattering people.

I wanted a shaker cup so I can go back to the library with it, fill it up at the EL-Kay filtered fountain they have there as I print off my resume after updating it for Troy.

The E-GO may just be getting into full resurrection mode.

See, I had to spend the last three years fixing myself completely. Like complete biological overhaul.

I will be posting up the full story in bits and bites...which is the name of the snacks my friend Corey likes.

He's the guy that wrote the article on Troy, in the cell tech advertorial circa 2001 that Troy was in. I think it was one of Bigsy's first advertorials too!
He was original 8 at muscle tech.
They had 8 people back in the beginning.

That company just sold its manufacturing rights for 760 million back in 2016 I think it was. Maybe end of 2016.

Anyway, I think I might just have met my first test subject for the Biohacking seminars I am going to be running out of that gym.

But first, gotta go and print that resume, and finish what another guy started. Putting a crossfit "rig" back together again.

Some dude told Troy he would do it...and then jumpy dumptied it and didn't put it back together again.

So, seeing as I can fix anything in a gym, I am going back to fix it.

I'll take some pics and maybe show you around the place.

It even has old apex machines. Trust me, they don't make me like they used to.

Just like Troy and I agreed on while we chatted I. His office about the "good ol days" when bodybuilding was still a fringe sport and nobody even knew what it looked like inside a gym.

You know, pre-phone zombie days.

The closest things to social media were the old irc chats where guys like me that were bodybuilding geeks starting their first years at post secondary education used to hang out while at the computer lab.

The lab where my brother told me about that new email system online that was free to sign up on...hotmail.

Yeah, those good ol days. :)

Yep, it's going to take more than 3 days for this resurrection....just like it took 3 years to get really clean and tidy so I could begin fresh.

Let's see if this is where it will happen.

At "the gym" right where it all really started.

To be edited later...I'm on the go
