If I see another post about eating too much, being lazy, and the good old "it's genetic" garbage, well, I will have to go and have a Big Mac and pray that I die of a heart attack, even though, it's not Big Macs that do that either.
The "cause" of obesity, is, our environment.
Epi-genetics, aka "the control above the genes" which, in and of itself took over 40 years to be accepted as fact and taught as a staple in our universities shows us that it's not any one thing but a multitude of environmental factors that are influencing our core energy production/ balancing system.
The result is not just obesity, which is a symptom that some Epi-genetic profiles exhibit, but a whole myriad of disease states commonly called "Neolithic" or "diseases of civilization and aging."
In each person that exhibits with obesity, there can and usually are, a number of other comorbidities occurring.
Underlying it all is a total depression of our ATP generating system.
Put another way - the sickening of our mitochondria, those little bacteria we made a deal with millennia ago, that really do not interact well with our modernized world, which we just "made up" over the last 150 years or so, starting with artificial lighting which allowed us to stay up and destroy our circadian cycles and weaken our mitochondria at a more rapid pace.
Each new layer of light frequencies weakens them more and in turn, we live shorter and less energetic lives.
Obesity is just one of the symptoms that is obvious and easily seen.
Only by a long term and serious investigation that you have to do yourself, will you ever know what your particular brand of obesity is, and the causes.
