By changing your basic daily habits.
But not the ones you have been reading about fr years in the grocery checkout line.
Dieting, is dead.
Calories in, calories out, has been put to bed.
But, it takes a long time for powerful memes to be removed from the general populaces proverbial head.
They, the above mentioned dastardly dieting diatribe duo, are outdated, and completely unsustainable techniques that do not apply anymore due to the fact that the new science of Epi-genetics combined with our most recent discoveries in Mitochndrial health/disease allows us to begin to shed light on the very fact that it is, indeed, light that is the predominant factor that is making us "fat" much to the shagrin of the food gurus and the supplement pounding internet pundits.
Yes, I used to be a food guru. Until I met a few doctors online that had decidedly different views on the subject of obesity, overweight, excessive fat on top, middle, and, dare I say it, on the very bottom of our anatomy, the buttocks.
Big butts are now a thing that is celebrated because most have not a clue how to get rid of it. So, they just join the ranks of the people telling us to love our fatness, when in fact it is a primary indicator of a massive disease state arising in and permeating our modern society.
Mitochondrial dysfunction means that your body, at the deepest and most fundamental level, is beg prevented from producing the very molecules that we need to power our every thought and action.
Did you know that you produce The equivalent of your own bodyweight in invisible, quad atom molecules called ATP? That's in every twenty four hrs. Yes. Every day.
And you think that the measly 1200 kcal a day you are eating, or, even the massive 5000kcal, if you are a glutton or pro athlete even comes close to sustaining that amount of energy production?
That's because food only makes up 1/3, yes, a mere 33% at the maximum, of the ATP we need to sustain our daily energy require, nets.
The other two thirds (66%) is produced in a decidedly different manner, and believe me, if you start to screw around wth that proces, well, You are seeing the results.
In real time.
Well, i am going to continue this one after I run outside and do one of the practices you need to implement to keep weight off/lose weight (no dieting required, and this one takes a few minutes a day)
Pictures to follow, all with an explanation of why, and that might take up a larger post.
