Is it possible for me to eat alot without getting fat?
Calories in calories out is dead, let's put that one first to bed, because dear reader society has and is going...brain dead.
Memes are pictures with funny sayings now. But a few short years ago, nobody even knew what I was saying when I spoke about memes.
See, a meme is a "mind virus" or a belief system. You can read about that in "virus of the mind" by mr brody. It has a huge syringe on the cover, going into a brain .
And that, is what has happened to most of society when we talk about weightloss.
Looking "fit" does not mean you are healthy.
Many feel great when they lose weight.
But if you felt terrible before, your feeling "great" might be what I now consider low energy and sluggish. Make sense? I do t take advise from anyone just because they look a certain way. I ask for specific blood work.
Let's go over some facts: backed by the most modern research.
food electrons (you make ATP from electrons and protons, not calories) male up only 1/3, yes only THIRTY percent of the energy supply that fuels your production of ATP.
The remaining 2/3 of our ATP is produced by us gathering electrons from the earth, infra-red light and uv light...and all these are used by our mitochondria to make ATP and...sea water (EZ/hydronium) that fills the inside of our cells. The water you drink is not the water that hydrates inside your cells.
Our modern technology (which I love to hate) has changed the topology of our physiology, you see.
And now we are experiencing the effects of 5G.
On top of blue light (400-490nm photons totally disrupt your scn, a "master clock' in your brain that controls all the other organs "clocks" and causes a huge energy disruption in a very fundamental way) and, as the Mitochondria are the bacteria that we live a symbiotic relationship with that produce ATP (4 atom molecule we use to power our body, of which, There are 4 quadrillion in each and every person AND They don't get along well with technology.
So, what the heck does that have to do with a person asking if they can eat a lot and not get fat?
Many people actually do not eat as much as you think and will still continue to gain weight.
See, obesity is not an energy SURPLUS, it's actually an energy deficit because our mitochondria are so confused. We are not making Enough ATP and our body is being tricked by all the electro smog you see.
Diet/food "gurus" don't tell you about all the ones that they could not get to lose weight. They just show you the handful that lost weight and, you never see the follow ups, even a year later when they are heavier and have other disease states beginning to rear their heads.
To lose weight, is to get healthy. But you need to get healthy first and then the bodyfat will adjust itself to what is normal for each person.
For some, it takes MOVING to another area of the country for example.
For others, it may mean they have to leave their job in a downtown urban center.
Oops, can't do that, our lives are now dictated by money and the very thing that is making us all fat, sick and, in many cases, an addict.
Food for thought ...except, most people are having 66% less thoughts because our connection to our mind is driven by ATP which is used to produce neurochemicals.
See how it's not about calories at all?
Get outside, throw away your phone for half of each day, don't look at your screen for at least two hours before you go to bed at the very least.
Great the sun as it rises facing the east with your bare skin on the ground.
Ground yourself as much as possible daily (bare feet, on the ground/..not asphalt)
Be in nature as much as possible.
Pick a gym that is old school and no LED screens everywhere unless you are wearing the proper eyewear.
Calories in/out is dead. Get this meme in your head.
Short answer: nobody can answer your question without a full environmental analysis of your daily life.
