Good day Everyone!
Today is Friday, May 7th and today is day 31 of my #squatchallenge!
I still can't believe that I did it!
But if be honest time flies! It seemed that I just started my challenge but it is already 1 month!
Every day I did at least 70 squats! And I plan to go for the 2nd round!
Also, I am thinking to start the #plankchallenge...
I just finished a yoga activity that lasted about 1hh:0mm:0ss !
