Nice read. Social interactions indeed can help stimulate an individual to perform better in some occasions. But also if the social entity an individual is interacting with are not supportive and friendly - it can also cause other problems. In that regard, I feel that it's important to be self sufficient as an individual. Many very famous people train in their houses, early in the morning on their own, some with just one instructor. A social life is good, but an individual shouldn't be so dependent on social interaction to improve performance in my view. One should be able to perform well, with or without social interactions.
