In our lives we perform in different activities that make us have to take on challenges, which in many cases we do not know if we are going to meet them depending on our performance.
Logically if our performance is not good our performance will not be, this time I will address the issue of being able to have a higher performance based on better performance given that we can have a good social interaction, social interaction is important because humans act under a social influence, for example if we are athletes and we are training alone, maybe we do not get to perform as expected, since such loneliness in practice affects us and depresses us to achieve the objectives based on our training is being lousy.
However, when such training is done in the company of other people who may be training friends, it is likely that such company situation stimulates us to train harder and with more dedication and ultimately win our competitions and our goals.
Not only in sports does this lack of social interaction affect us, it can also affect us in our studies, in our work, in short, social interaction makes us lack in all areas of our lives, to achieve that much needed stimulus that can catapult us to the fulfillment of our goals.
To achieve this social interaction it is important that we know that we must enter into the environment of social facilitation, that is to be within the phenomenon that allows us to be close and interact with other people who perform the same as us, but this social facilitation would not make sense if the people with whom we surround ourselves do not give us that stimulus that transports us to a better performance of our daily activities.
For example, I remember in my time as a student, I always sought to get involved with my other classmates, with this closeness my goal was to generate a sense of healthy competition, that is, we competed to see who got better grades, yes, without generating patterns of envy, it was just a healthy competition, with it I was looking for ways to prepare myself and study better.
Let's see this social facilitation as that necessary entity to be able to stimulate us and generate healthy competitions that make us perform better, practice more and thus continuously improve in our activities, otherwise if we do not associate ourselves with this social facilitation then most likely we will not have a stimulus to continuously improve.
