I've never heard of a Citizen Museum before, this is my first time seeing it. Seems like an awesome initiative for people to also connect with each other. I can relate to the limited interactions as well, I have other focuses in life like school which my limits my engagement to here in Asean Hive Community, but I think that's all good.
