I must confess. Although I am a disciplined person many times when it comes to business Ideas I simply lack the initiative and execution needed to see an idea through.
Ideally it would be amazing to have a biz partner or team who can be great at what I suck at. A partner or a team would do wonders because I feel that it would help me maximize my potential.
One thing I need to say is that you need to make sure you have the right people around you that are fanning your flames and empowering you. Your life depends on it.
Do your life a favor and find out for yourself what your strengths are.
