Gamelan is a traditional music from Indonesia that has existed for a long time, especially in Java, Bali,and Sunda. Gamelan has been around since the Hindu-buddhist kingdom are and had become a musical performance played for the nobility.

Gamelan music is usually used to accompany dances, traditional ceremonies, wayang performances and also for public entertainment. Gamelan music styles baru from region, with some producing solf music and others with dynamic rhythms.

Gamelan consists of several musical instruments played together. Creating a melodious harmony of tones. There are several sets of gamelan instruments, such as gender, saron, gong, Bonang,kempyang.
