If Cryptokitties can be a thing, why not Ethereum monsters? I don't know much about it yet but I bought 15 of them for myself (3 species). Only 3 of them are free for now (excluding the rather high transaction fees of course). There are other Gen 1 monsters but they're pretty expensive given the price of Ethereum now.
You can only get the Gen 1 monsters now. The Gen 0 monsters seem to be unavailable and can only be obtained via eggs and trading. This means the value of these Gen 0 monsters may climb if the platform becomes popular like Cryptokitties.
Anyone else bought themselves some Etheremons?
