Good Day my fellow Steamians,
Family businesses. What is your opinion on them......Is it ok to be threatened or harrased if you are apart of the family and the family business....??? Do you have to eat shit, or are you protected under the same laws as any other employee???
What is considered harrassment( not sexual harassment) or being threatened(ex: threat to Throw away something that is your personal property, sounds so childish as I write it)
Im aaking because I work in the family business, and, and what I go through I know is not normal, or ok.....Im curious of others experience and if anyone is in law field, maybe offer advice.....
