Hello everyone, it's a great pleasure and privilege to join you all this week in the Hive open mic weekly theme. It's been a really busy and hectic month for me but I'm happy things are starting to feel lighter now and I'm using that opportunity to make an entry for this week. As we all know, there is always a beautiful theme every week for this event and for week 149, our beautiful and amazing singer 
Light of the world as a theme brought a beautiful song (HERE I AM TO WORSHIP) to my mind sang by an incredible gospel artist called Tim Hughes. I've know this song for a very long time now and seeing a theme as this one just made life easy for me since I didn't have to think so much about what song to present. The song tells so much about how Jesus Christ came to redeem us from the bondage of sin and how he gave the world light once again. One beautiful thing about Jesus Christ being the light is the fact that he also gave us the privilege of also being light ourselves only if we can follow in his footsteps.
I think the light we should portray as his followers is what really matters because people no longer see Jesus Christ physically but they can see him through those that do what he has commanded and that way we can keep giving light to the world. Following in the footsteps of someone is not easy and that is why it is good to appreciate the effort people put in to be better people, because as we say, no one is perfect but we all are working towards perfection.
Always remember that the little thing you do counts and helps you spread the light to those around you (the world). Don't feel discouraged when people don't appreciate you because the truth is it counts and it goes a long way even though you think it doesn't. We all have the duty of spreading the light and we have no reason not to because we all need each other to survive.

Hola a todos, es un gran placer y un privilegio unirme a todos ustedes esta semana en el tema semanal de micr贸fono abierto de Hive. Ha sido un mes muy ocupado y ajetreado para m铆, pero estoy feliz de que las cosas empiecen a sentirse m谩s ligeras ahora y estoy aprovechando esa oportunidad para hacer una entrada para esta semana. Como todos sabemos, siempre hay un tema hermoso cada semana para este evento y para la semana 149, nuestra hermosa y sorprendente cantante
La luz del mundo como tema me trajo a la mente una hermosa canci贸n (AQU脥 ESTOY PARA ADORAR) cantada por un incre铆ble artista de gospel llamado Tim Hughes. Conozco esta canci贸n desde hace mucho tiempo y ver un tema como este me facilit贸 la vida ya que no tuve que pensar mucho en qu茅 canci贸n presentar. La canci贸n dice mucho sobre c贸mo Jesucristo vino a redimirnos de la esclavitud del pecado y c贸mo dio luz al mundo una vez m谩s. Una cosa hermosa de que Jesucristo sea la luz es el hecho de que tambi茅n nos dio el privilegio de ser luz nosotros mismos solo si podemos seguir sus pasos.
Creo que la luz que debemos retratar como sus seguidores es lo que realmente importa porque la gente ya no ve a Jesucristo f铆sicamente pero lo pueden ver a trav茅s de aquellos que hacen lo que 茅l ha mandado y as铆 podemos seguir dando luz al mundo. Seguir los pasos de alguien no es f谩cil y por eso es bueno apreciar el esfuerzo de las personas para ser mejores personas, porque como decimos, nadie es perfecto pero todos estamos trabajando hacia la perfecci贸n.
Recuerda siempre que lo peque帽o que haces cuenta y te ayuda a difundir la luz a quienes te rodean (el mundo). No te desanimes cuando la gente no te aprecie porque la verdad es que cuenta y ayuda mucho aunque creas que no es as铆. Todos tenemos el deber de difundir la luz y no tenemos por qu茅 no hacerlo porque todos nos necesitamos unos a otros para sobrevivir.
