Hi, I do get regular up-votes from the EDS account. I seem to remember seeing something on one of their posts about getting regular up-votes, especially in you have more than 1K HP delegated, so I'm clearly falling within that bracket. When my delegation was below 1K, I was still getting upvotes from memory, maybe just not quite as frequent or as big.
But in general, I also dont know much about delegation-for-upvotes.
