May I ask you, if the delegation to the eds-vote account gives you an upvote too, or just eds token as a delegation reward?

I see many accounts delegating to specific upvote accounts, but not all of them get upvotes. I'm at a loss if there is a deeper structure to upvoting delegators or if it is just pure luck/bad luck if you get upvoted.
