Thanks :-) ... you're only drinking 1tsp of the 'sole water' mixed into a glass of water, sole is made with natural salts such as himalayan rock salt, it's 'regular table salt' that we should be worried

Seems like a lot people have never heard of 'sole', I heard about it on the radio a couple of years ago from someone who was running a health store... I actually stopped drinking sole water for a while

There is a big difference between the indian roti and the cape malay roti in taste and texture, if you haven't tried the cape malay roti then you definitely should... I also know people in the indian community
