Today i have my dinner at Restoran Maju Nasi Kandar after another 11 hout of work. Restoran Maju Nasi Kandar is a nasi kandar restaurant .
This store have been operating here for 25 years and it open from 7am to 9 pm everyday. It is very popular around here . Do visit it if you ever pass by.
For menu, they do not have a proper menu , i would suggest you bring a malaysian friend if you don't know the common mamak word term that are use to order.
In case anyone of you don't know what nasi kandar is .
Nasi kandar is a northern Malaysian dish, which originates from Penang. It was popularized by Indian Muslim traders from India. It is a meal of steamed rice which can be plain or mildly flavored, and served with a variety of curries and side dishes.
It is kind of like the economy rice where the food are cook and display in a container . You take what you want and charge base on the amount of food you take.
For me , i get myself some beef and ladyfinger with tea c ais kosong ( mean tea with plain milk) . It cost me RM16.
in total.
The price may be a bit pricy but it is worth it. The curry beef i take, is very well cook. It is very tear apart.
