I love this! I've actually heard about this book (the Rewilding one, though the Diaper one sounds cool too) , and it's on my TBR. Yes, there are a lot of cool voices out there making motherhood and housework the badass thing it is, and I love it. I think it's super empowering.

I think we've been put off meditation because so many make it out as this mystical, pretentious thing, and a lot of us are daunted by that. I count any moment when I manage to be truly present and engage with my self a blessing, without giving it names. it's simpler.
