Thankfully, Hive people tend to be more open-minded (or maybe I just mix with the good ones, who knows..). I'm generally not worried about being open here, and certainly don't think twice about "controversial" posts, as I might on my personal blog, or on Medium or whatever. And that's fantastic.

And you, I mean, you've been around so long, and I dare say you've built a reputation for yourself. I doubt people click your posts not knowing what you're like.

I definitely don't feel guilty, if anything I was beginning to feel that for not speaking up.

Yes, unfortunately now more than ever, silence is akin to guilt. We need to speak, lest we be silenced forever.

I worry about my guys because yes, it is highly likely that it will swing far the other way, at least for a time.

I hope it doesn't go too far. So much social work and suffering has gone into that movement.

I haven't read Irreversible Damage, no, but if you're recommending it I will put it on my list!

yeah, I'm not one for non-fiction much, but I heard the author on a podcast, and just blazed through the book on the train. It looks at how this trans craze (which is what it is at this point) is targeting young vulnerable girls, desperate to fit in with peers, and to find an identity.

Thank you! I'm glad I dropped by, as well :)
