I resonate with this seeing you mention, for sure. Obviously, there's not a huge leap from 22 to 27 in term of years, but when my friends say "oh we're no longer 22" I always think of all the ways in which I was blind then, and how much more I know now.
Indeed, that does seem an unpleasant reality to get used to. I find it hard, still, knowing that I must live alongside someone and love them, but can't help them when I see them making an obvious mistake, sometimes. Perhaps with time, eh?
