I love getting older! There are trade-offs, for sure, but IMO what you gain is greater than what you lose. With each year time seems to get more precious so it feels more valuable. We see so much more deeply when we age. It's as though all of the facades are stripped away and we see people, things, and events for what they are. The hard part, for me, has been losing more people and watching people make the same mistakes and not learn from them.
