Hoist + Rishi556 Partnership

This is an announcement that @hoist has fully partnered up with @rishi556 to help great authors out even more. Rishi556 has already been doing the development and hosting of @hoist, and now with a full 50/50 partnership means that we can give even more back together.

The delegations were already coming from him and a business that he runs and just recently he paid for a MB lease request for us. By partnering up with someone experienced with the STEEM blockchain, we hope to be able to provide even more to the great authors.

There are already some ideas in the making to help @hoist out, thanks to @meno and others thanks to @rishi556. All of this should help hoist with the goal of rewarding great authors.

Current Information:

Hoist will attempt to vote at $0.018, if it can't achieve that at 50%, it will vote at 50%. As we grow, the target amount will grow as well. Most of our votes have been at 50% because $0.01 can't be reached.
