Hi, a newbie here. Ive been reading 'Photography Life' for quite a while and believe this is the community to ask this question, there appears to be a shared integrity amongst the posters here. I have a Nikon D700 with the 'holy trinity'. In short; I need to down size the D700 body and 24/70 lense to a smaller lighter kit. It is for motorcycle touring; although Covid has seen a stop to that for the forseeable future. I really like the above and the images it and my limited expertise as a photographer has produced. Its the weight and bulk that is the problem and my own motorcycle set up does not include large alliminuim panniers to carry an extensive kit in. Any suggestions you may offer would be appreciated. In a nut shell: the above in a smaller format. I prefer the format and layout of a DSLR and want a viewfinder as above. The part of the country I am in at the moment there is no physical stores in which to go and 'chat' and I am absolutey over searching the internet trap! A built flash as per the D700 would be good and a simple remote shutter release. Thanks for reading.
