Good day everyone another week for another Splinterlands weekly battle challenge!
Lately, Bitcoin has been struggling between $15k to $17k. What are your judgments about this? You can leave your opinion in the comment section below.
Anyway, let's proceed to my battle challenge with River Nymph under the Water Element.
Did you know? River Nymphs according to greek mythology, they possessed the gift of prophecy, for which reason many of the springs and fountains over which they presided were believed to inspire mortals who drank of their waters with the power of foretelling future events. ancient-greece.org
Is a rare card under the water element. It has cleanse ability even on the first level that removes all negative effects on the Monster in the first position on the friendly team.
And according on the stats in this image at level 4, Amplify is an additional ability which it increases Magic Reflect, Return Fire, and Thorns damage to all enemy monsters by 1. At level 8, Swiftness where all friendly Monsters have increased Speed.
River Nymphs inhabit the rivers of the Splinterlands. Shy and reclusive, they usually remain hidden beneath the water's surface. However, they have a strong respect for life, and they have been known to aid those in need. They are also fiercely protective of their homes and will defend it if it is threatened.

Super Sneak: All melee monsters have a sneak ability.
Healed out: All healing abilities of monsters and summoners are removed.
SUMMONER:
I chose Kelya Frendul since this is the only owned level 2 summoner water element card I have.
MONSTERS:
| CARDS | ABILITIES | STRATEGY |
|---|---|---|
| TRAMPLE: When a Monster with Trample hits and kills its target, it will perform another attack on the next Monster on the enemy Team. | I use this card in the first position because of his ability, high health, and defense. The only downside I have with him is his attack. | |
| VOID: Reduced damage from Magic attacks. | I put this in 2nd position because of his high health and magic attacks. This is a good card for supporting the first position if the first card will be defeated. | |
| Cleanse - Removes all negative effects on the Monster in the first position on the friendly team | River nymph is one missing link here in my line up, even her 1 magic attack helps in defeating the enemy. | |
| OPPORTUNITY: Monsters with the Opportunity ability may attack from any position and will target the enemy Monster with the lowest health. | This one is what I found the best opportunistic card I utilize. | |
| DOUBLE STRIKE: Monster attacks twice each round. | To be honest, I was thinking this card will bring glory to my game this time until the rounds will end. | |
| HEAL: Restores a portion of the Monster's health each round.Restores 1/3 of the max health, rounded down.💡Did you know? At lower levels, the Healing ability in the front position can go a long way. | I put this card in the end because, he will be my anti sneak but at the same time his range attack could penetrate the void, in case my enemy will use one. |
I was kinda sad when the enemy used Disintegrator, that Diemonshark could not penetrate the enemy's first tank. Thankfully, I have Axemaster, Water Elemental, Djinn Oshannus, and River Nymph that Disintegrator could not demoralize them. The best thing that happened during this round was River Nymph cleansed Diemonshark and increased the melee attack back to the original. During this round, my Water Elemental had already been attacked and killed by the monsters of the enemy with the sneak brought by the battle rules.
Djinn Oshannus killed the first tank of the enemy. Followed by the killing of Tenyii Striker by River Nymph even though he hasn't attacked yet. By the time it was the enemy's turn to attack, my speed made their attacks, missed. Yet, Disintegrator had his chances to damage my Axemaster.
Kobold Bruiser in the first position did not really help the enemy's team. He was then replaced by Disintegrator in the first position. The enemy might have thought I would use melee monsters that is why he put Living Lava in the last position. Still, because of my speed their monsters could not penetrate.
In this round Disintegrator is bare and without defense, Axemaster defeated him with his double strike. Now Elven Defender took over his place and Living Lava had finally ended Axemaster.
Like all other battles, Djinn Oshanus attacked first followed by Diemon Shark then by River Nymph and lastly by Deeplurker to Living Lava. Now it was the enemy's turn to attack but it was a miss and Deeplurker has still his shield brought by Kelya Frendul.
River Nymph was the last attacker to defeat Elven Defender followed by the final blow by Deep Lurker to Living Lava that brings greatness to my team.
Yes, it totally worked. I really thought much through this line up I have. I used magic attacks with Djinn Oshanus and our star for the day, River Nymph, and made sure I will use Deep Lurker because of his opportunistic ability.
Prior to this challenge, I would often think it is difficult to use River Nymph in a battle. But as the battle commenced, I was able to witness her cleanse ability taking over and removing the effect of Disintegrator to my Diemonshark.
