Hello, everyone here on Hive and of the Splinterlands community!
As you can read βοΈ there, what was described in mycelium is also its lore and I was like, "Cool.."
Mycelic Morphoid is a readily available card with a mana cap of 1, attack of 1, and 2 health. This card is best suitable if battle rules have equal health but in a low mana cap. If you want to level up a fight using this card, you may rent here at peakmonsters or buy a card at level 3 onwards. It has a thorn ability that could add up to its potential.
Armored Up- all monsters have shield.
Mana cap- 27
Elements- Water, Earth and Light
Wizard of Eastwood has reduced armor to my enemy, which is to my advantage due to the battle rules making my enemy off guard. Like most of my previous games, this is my most used summoner because it was rented level 3 and I can maximize the use of my Flesh Golem level 3.
If you want to see my techniques using this summoner you can check this link.
Flesh Golem is my first tank. This has been my pair ever since I've rented this summoner and this monster. His 6 mana healing ability and high health are what attract me the most.
Mushroom Sneer it is not best to put this in the second tank but, due to its ability that blocks magic. I was thinking that the enemy might use Obsidian again and might win me over.
Goblin Thief is essential in this battle. If my enemy will be using Obsidian therefore he/she will surely have Goblin Psychic, and using Goblin thief would defeat this enemy's monster.
Acid Shooter has the ability to attack randomly. I have observed if you use ranged attacks against Obsidian's magic attack, you have a greater chance to win.
Mantoid is my support with Goblin Thief, having his snipe attack and 2 ranged attacks, it is great damage to the enemy.
Mycelic Mantoid my last card, he would be my decoy for sneak attacks from my enemies, a sacrifice.
As what I have foreseen, @duypro636 used Obsidian as his summoner and due to low mana, he used 2 extra cards that could not attack in their position.
Gearing up the armor to all the monsters, but then my summoner removed my enemy's defenses, and Mushroom Sneer removed the ability of Obsidian. The first attacker is Regal Peryton, followed by Unicorn Mustang's blow greatly damaged my Flesh Golem. Unicorn Mustang's speed, has made most of my attacks, missed. Mantoid attacked Chaos Agent ending his life early. This round ended with Goblin Psychic healing the first tank.
Just as the first round started, my Flesh Golem managed to stay until the end of the round. Mantoid again killed Khmer Princess leaving the enemy, with 4 monsters on the line. Goblin Psychic was best on his job retaining the first tank of the enemy.
Obviously, on this round, my tank is already weak. Unicorn Mustang was the attacker that ended the life of my tank making me vulnerable for the next attacks. Having Regal Peryton as the last tank of the enemy, makes it difficult for me to end him. Because of his flying ability, most of my attacks are missed. Thanks to Mantoid again, the healer is dead. Now, Unicorn Mustang can be terminated.
If I had used magic, Unicorn Mustang must be invincible. Every attack of my monster cannot damage the last tank of the enemy.
Only if one of my attacks pushes through.
In this round, my Mushroom Sneer was defeated already. The enemy's magic has increased, good to have defeated other magic attackers because I might not stay until this round.
Thankfully, the attacks that once were missed, now are hitting the target and defeated Regal Peryton. Now we can focus on dealing with the enemy's tank. Well, the star of this week's challenge was still untouchable, luckily that my enemy's lineup doesn't have sneak attacks.
Thankfully, the battle rules have armors. The attack of Unicorn Mustang attacks the shield first giving Mantoid the opportunity to push thru the enemy's tank.
The Acid Shooter might not attack, but his presence was deeply appreciated. π If I put the Mycelic Morphoid in his position, he could have attacked the enemy and could have won faster. This round ended giving me the upper hand.
My strategy worked but the battle rules didn't match rightly with Mycelic Morphoid's ability. If there is equal sneak/opportunity and equal health, I would use this as my tank or even in any position. Then I will use the level 3 with the ability Thorn.
In this match, he didn't have really a purpose in this battle but if he was in other battle rules, I would totally love it.
