I want to share an important update about the HivePostify Marketplace.
To better control spam and fake activity, we have now set the Marketplace to work fully with AHPT Token. Every transaction related to gigs and orders will go through AHPT. Behind the scenes, it is still connected with Hive, but for the marketplace itself we are using AHPT.
As I have mentioned before, AHPT is a centralized token and it works as a stable coin (1 AHPT = 1 USD). Using a stable token like this helps us control spam accounts, fake freelancing activity, and unnecessary noise on the platform. This is an important step for the overall security and health of the marketplace.
At the same time, this system should also increase real Hive transactions over time, which is positive for the network and for stakeholders.
One more update: we have reduced the platform fee. Earlier it was higher, and now we have brought it down to 3.7% on completed orders.
You can create your gigs, receive orders, complete the work, and earn through the marketplace as usual.
We will keep improving the system step by step based on how people use it.
