I'm hitting competitive hunts in Santa Clara after a full minute, what's going on here?

There must be a heck of a lot of people in London right now for the expansion because there is no way I should be hitting competitive hunts in Santa Clara after a full minute.

Something is definitely odd there. I suck at competitive hunts and I was still able to hit this one. Where is everyone?
